How many users can we have?

Unlimited. Setup as many users as you want. Even better, each user can have their own set of permissions, giving you full control on how your staff uses the system.

Does RocketRez charge any per transaction costs?

We do not charge ANY transaction fees. You pay your yearly subscription cost and everything we have to offer is included at no addition charge. Know from the very start of your season your actual costs.

To ensure you have the absolute best security and reliability we use the enterprise-level Paypal Payflow Pro gateway to process your transactions. This service allows you to connect directly to your processor of choice (Global Payments, Moneris, etc.) so you can continue with the rates that you have already negotiated. Is there any limit to the number of tickets we can sell?

Unlimited. Sell as many tickets as you want. In fact, talk to us and we will help you sell even more!

We need a feature you don’t list. How can we get it?

We commonly work with new (and existing) clients to create new features and addons for the RocketRez Cloud Platform. Many of our best ideas have been driven by direct customer input. Talk to us about your needs and we can discuss ways that we can help you get what you are looking for.

Can we get a back up of our data?

Of course! Your data is stored on our extremely secure data servers, but if you need your data let us know and we will get a backup for you.

Is there a way to track what our staff do in RocketRez?

Absolutely everything in RocketRez is tracked. Throughout the RocketOffice application there are places that allow you to instantly see who created or modified the record and exactly when. We are always adding additional ways to provide insight into what your staff are doing. In fact, if you are looking for a long conversation, ask John Pendergrast (our CEO) about auditing.

 

How long does it take to get setup with RocketRez?

That is a tough question. We have had clients onboard in as little as a couple of weeks, but typically it takes about two months to get completely setup on the RocketRez Cloud Platform. As the system is highly customized for your business it is really about your needs and comfort levels.

Can we access RocketRez from anywhere?

Yes. If you have internet and an iPad or computer, you can access it from absolutely anywhere. Someday we are going to start #iusedrocketrezhere and get people to post images. We want to see a login from every country.

Our company works with a lot of 3rd party ticket sellers. How can RocketRez help?

The RocketRez Cloud Platform is well setup to help your 3rd party ticket sellers sell more tickets. Using the RocketWeb application you can setup custom selling portals for your 3rd party sellers that allow you to offer special branding and pricing to each individual seller. Help your concierge network sell tickets directly, and in real-time, right on your attraction. Best of all, the system automatically tracks any commissions you might want to pay. RocketRez makes 3rd party selling easy.

Do we have to purchase new hardware to use RocketRez?
