Getting Started

The following is an example of our typical new client training process. Training takes place online, but onsite training can be arranged. Depending on how quickly you want to get setup it is possible to combine sessions, time permitting.

The primary focus of training is to enable your RocketRez administrator(s) to become proficient with the platform and enable them to train your internal staff.

Session #1

Average duration: 1.5 to 2 hours

On completion of this training, your company RocketRez administrator will have a solid grasp of the fundamentals of the RocketRez Cloud Platform. Additional training is available based upon each client’s individual company needs.
